Eggplant labor

Please understand that is is a lot of work to harvest 5.5 hectares eggplants picking by hand. This remains handicrafts and so people can also control our daily crop. Fortunately, the transport and sorting are taken out of our hands by machines. This transport system enlichtens our work and the sorting machine can sort better than we can do that by ourselve.

To meet our labor needs, we use five permanent employees and 15 temporary workers.
At this moment we are not looking for employees.
